Sugar Creek Golf Course

In 1976 Villa Park, in cooperation with the Elmhurst Park District, opened an executive 9-hole, par 31 golf course. Over the years the course has been redesigned and now boasts a par 32 course, expanded banquet room with private bar, pro shop and a beautiful deck area. Sugar Creek averages over 40,000 rounds per year and hosts numerous parties, golf outies and weddings.
The course features large, smoothly contoured Penncross bentgrass greens, a 3-acre pond that comes into play on four of the nine holes, and well-maintained turf for golf. It provides a challenge for the more experienced golfer yet is short enough for the beginner. The pro shop stocks name brand clothing, accessories and equipment from leading golf manufacturers including Titleist and Ping. Private golf instruction is available for all ages and skill levels.
